Refund Policy

  1. 1. There are no refunds after a deposit was made. There is no way to reverse it.
  2. 2. You must use your balance to execute orders on S.P.I..
  3. 3. You agree to the fact that once a payment is completed, you will not open dispute or a chargeback against S.P.I.
  4. 4. If you file a dispute or charge back, we reserve rights to cancel your all future orders, ban you from S.P.I. and remove all social media services delivered to you.
  5. 5. We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.
  6. 6. S.P.I. is designed for Social media resellers worldwide
  7. 7. There are no refunds for completed orders.
  8. 8. Beware of impersonators asking for payments out of the panel. Only use S.P.I. dashboard to make payments. S.P.I. does not hold the account for actions done by them.
  9. 9. If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in process then it’ll be your loss , as they will overlap the numbers and there’s no refunds for such orders will be made!
  10. 10. Any order in which our support team is not able to check the counts i.e services like story views , live views etc.. will be requiring screenshot for refund/refill.

We keep your privacy safe and do not publish or sell your information to any other companies. We only take details such as email, usernames only for complete orders!

Billing

Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out prior to discussing the situation with our support team.
